Frank Rausan Pereira, Editor-In-Chief 

Frank Pereira’s illustrious career spans over a decade. He started his career in 2003 and since then there has been no stopping this dynamic go-getter. Frank decided to follow his heart and set out to do what he intended to do as a young college student. He decided to put the old adage, ‘the pen is mightier than the sword’ to test; and hasn’t put the pen down ever since. 

Frank began his journalistic journey as a lifestyle correspondent with the Explocity group. After a short stint with the organization he was bitten by the dot com bug and decided to move on to the online medium; heading the lifestyle section for MSN India. After his stint with the news portal, Frank made his foray into the television space.  He joined the TV9 Group as an Anchor/Senior Producer. He rose through the ranks and was soon in charge of on-air content for the channel. At NEWS9 Frank created a niche for himself and was known for his unique style and hard hitting questions. 

After completing almost three years with NEWS9, Frank decided to take the big leap and arrived on the national scene. He joined the ITV group as a Senior Anchor and Executive Producer. Once again Frank proved his mettle and within a few months ensured that NEWSX was rated the No. 1 news channel in the entire country.

At NewsX apart from anchoring prime time bulletins and conducting debates, Frank is in charge of on-air content. He takes a keen interest in politics, sports and technology. He has been associated with the channel for a year now, helping it reach the top of the ladder.
